CityLiner 12

Each CityLiner® 12 System is designed to accommodate up to 12" diameter CityLiner® cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) and is custom made to meet your individual needs. As a minimum, each system will be designed with the following components and specifications:

Standard Components

  • Fully insulated (processing cabin only) 24' long V-nose Trailer (main cabin inside working area is 18' long).
  • Vacuum system.
  • Epoxy mixing system.
  • Roller table (15' minimum) for up to 12" diameter CityLiner CIPP.
  • End "calibration"/drive roller for up to 12" diameter CityLiner CIPP.
  • 150 gallon resin tank (with external filling penetrations).
  • 50 gallon hardener tank (with external filling penetrations).
  • 15,000 BTU roof mounted A/C unit with proper ducting.
  • Single human interface to control all functions of the trailer.
  • Stainless steel piping/hose for mixing system.
  • Man door (side entry).
  • 3' x 5' pipe loading side door.
  • CityLiner CIPP exit slot w/rear window.
  • Pipe storage/prep table.
  • Spray-on polyurethane lining to protect floor of trailer.
  • Epoxy solvent flush system for static mixing elements.
  • Stand-alone power generator.
  • Tandem axle (10,000 lb capacity).
  • Rear lights.
  • Internal lighting.

Optional Equipment

  • Heat pump (cold weather use).
  • Quick resin cooling system (hot weather use).
  • Storage components (shelving,toolboxes, etc.).
  • Any stand-alone system desired to be permanently mounted.
  • UV protective awning mounted on rear of the trailer.
  • Rear ramp door.
  • Custom trailer lengths are available.
