CityLiner 24

Each CityLiner® 24 system is designed to accommodate up to 24" diameter CityLiner® cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) and is custom made to meet your individual needs. As a minimum, each system will be designed with the following components and specifications:

Cargo Trailer

  • Hillsboro Gooseneck Endura Cargo Trailer.
  • 34' long x 8'-2" inside width x 11'-0" inside height (7'-2" on top level; 3'-6" on bottom).
  • Main frame - 10 yr warranty against structural failure (non-transferable).
  • Floor, tubular framed gates and roof components - 2 yr warranty against structural failure (non-transferable).
  • Aluminum construction with steel tongue and axle frame.
  • Rubber bumper.
  • Heavy duty wiring harness.
  • Safety chain.
  • Sealed beam clearance and tail lights.
  • D.O.T. lighting.
  • 15,000 GVWR @ 65 mph.
  • Two (2) 7,000 lb axles.
  • 12"x 2" electric brakes on all wheels.
  • ST235/85R16E radial tires.
  • Silver modular wheels.
  • Spare wheel.
  • Double wall, smooth extruded sidewalls.
  • One piece roof.
  • Ceiling, walls and floor fully insulated (R5 minimum).
  • Three (3) access doors.
  • 35-1/8" x 72-5/8" hinged side door.
  • Crank-up 14"x14" roof vent.
  • Two (2) 4 ft long 110 V interior fluorescent lights.

Storage Areas

  • 36"W x 63"H x 18"D aluminum shelving unit with four (4) shelves.
  • 48"W x 63"H x 18"D aluminum shelving unit with four (4) shelves.

Temperature Control

  • 2-1/2 ton air conditioner.
  • 3 yr warranty on AC unit.
  • Cooling lines, ductwork & piping for resin tanks Generator.
  • 3-phase, 20,000 W with necessary accessories (transformers and wiring).

Resin and Hardener Storage

  • Two (2) 300-gallon MDPE resin tanks, 38" tall.
  • One (1) 300-gallon MDPE hardener tank, 38" tall.
  • Piping for fill and to pump.

Electrical Calibration Roller

Vacuum Pump

  • Wall mounted vacuum readouts and control.
  • Ceiling mounted travel rail.
  • Adjustable suction: 0-28 in. Hg, 1200 W.

  • Main breaker for all systems fully wired.
  • Interior lighting with switches.

  • Cargo trailer is available in different sizes, options and configurations. A full list of these options is available upon request..
  • System can be truck mounted and customized to accommodate up to 32" diameter pipe. Contact RSLS for additional information..
  • Upgrade to stainless steel tanks.
  • Two (2) 200-gal tanks for resin.
  • One (1) 100-gal tank for hardener.
