RS-12 Electrical Calibration Roller

  • For up to 12" diameter CityLiner® or MaxLiner® CIPP installations.
  • 1600 W electric roller.
  • Overall dimensions: 2.5 ft x 5 ft x 5 ft (to top of adjusting handle).
  • 3-1/2"diameter x 19-5/8" wide black rubber coated rollers capable of 13 ft/min.
  • 15" wide roller bed with in and out extensions of 3 ft and 1.25 ft, respectively; total width (including framework) = 18".
  • Safety guarding and E-stop.
  • Framed powered squeeze rollers.
  • Speed control.
  • Hand crank for gap separation adjustment.
  • 15" wide aluminum roller bed with resin drip trays available in various lengths (11 ft is standard).
  • Can be purchased separately or together with the RS Mixing Module.

RS Mixing Module

  • 5.7" digital color touch screen human machine interface (HMI) with programmable logic controller (PLC) capability to monitor and display process temperature, pressure and flow.
  • Two (2) positive displacement, 750 W progressive cavity pumps @ 4 gpm total (resin to hardener = 1:0.33 volumetric ratio).
  • Two (2) inline flow meters.
  • Static mixing system (tube and elements).
  • Injection hose.
  • Can be purchased separately or together with the RS-12 Electrical Calibration Roller.
