RS Sectional Lining Materials

RS Silicate Resins are used in conjunction with RS Fiberglass Liners and Matting for sectional repair of damaged sewers. The resin is cured under ambient conditions and cures under water, thus offering a distinct advantage over traditional resins which require the addition of heat and a dry environment to achieve.

 

Silicate Resin

  RS Type W (winter) 15-17 minutes 60-70 minutes
  RS Type S (summer) 30-32 minutes 90-100 minutes

*Based on 2:1 mixing ratio (resin to hardener, by volume). RS Type W and Type S resins may be blended to achieve desired pot life and curing time. RS W01 resin is also available which can be blended with RS silicates to further reduce the pot life. Contact RS Lining Systems for additional information.

RS Fiberglass Liner

  • Available in 5 ft and 8 ft wide x 200 LF rolls.
  • Used in combination with RS Silicate Resin System for sectional repairs of damaged sewers.
  • Meets NAFTA guidelines.
  • Manufactured at an ISO 9002-1994 Facility.

RS Fiberglass Matting

  • Available in 50" and 100" wide x 130 LF rolls.
  • Used in combination with RS Silicate Resin Systems for sectional repairs of damaged sewers.
